Admin Sales Coordinator - Singapore - UMISTRONG PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide admin & sales support to the office
- Manage Corporate Sales and liaison with customers
- Manage & update info, promotions, products etc. on Company's websites, social medias and E-Commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Qoo10 etc.)
- Manage ecommerce orders
- Generate invoice, D/O, quotations etc.
- Handle clients / customers' feedback, complains and queries
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, PhotoShop, Al Photo Editor) preferred
- Knowledge of various local & international ecommerce platforms / systems
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality, good work attitude, positive with cando attitude
- Fast learner, ability to work independently and as a team player
- Workplace in Bedok
