Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide admin & sales support to the office
  • Manage Corporate Sales and liaison with customers
  • Manage & update info, promotions, products etc. on Company's websites, social medias and E-Commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Qoo10 etc.)
  • Manage ecommerce orders
  • Generate invoice, D/O, quotations etc.
  • Handle clients / customers' feedback, complains and queries
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • GCE 'O' Level
years relevant experience

  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, PhotoShop, Al Photo Editor) preferred
  • Knowledge of various local & international ecommerce platforms / systems
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant personality, good work attitude, positive with cando attitude
  • Fast learner, ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Workplace in Bedok
