    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Financial Planning
      • Be part of shaping the Company's future direction and supporting strategic actions
      • Develop financial strategies and metrics to aid business expansion and the company's overall vision
      • Oversee financial planning processes including budgeting and forecasting
      • Analyze monthly management reports, P&L statements, business profitability, and working capital to devise necessary action plans
      • Monitor disparities between business plans and actual results, and provide appropriate recommendations
    • Financial Control
      • Oversee annual profit, CAPEX, overheads, and business performance targets
      • Manage the Company's cash flow
      • Ensure adherence to local accounting standards and corporate policies
    • Financial Reporting
      • Prepare financial statements
      • Assess financial performance and management reports
      • Ensure timely submission of Management reports to the International team in Singapore
      • Handle tax planning and reporting
    • Risks and Opportunities Management
      • Proactively identify risks and opportunities in a timely manner
      • Implement financial control procedures to safeguard the Company's interests and assets
    • Collaboration
      • Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and external parties including financial institutions, bankers, auditors, and solicitors
      • Offer financial advice to other key stakeholders
