Description
This position reports to the Office Manager of the law firm.
The firm is committed to an employee oriented and collaborative culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, continuous improvement and IT knowledge based work place.
Duties include:
1) Collating and filing of Court documents physically and electronically;
2) Carry out electronic filings in the various portals of the government and external bodies;
3) Managing lawyer's calendars;
4) Sorting and keeping all documents electronic and physical in order and easily accessible form;
5)Planning and delegation of work;
6)Keep an eye on technology to Improve upon current work process system ;
7) Work collaboratively and effectively with others to deliver excellent client experience. And deliver clients objectives. Solve problems;
8) Punctuality and to schedule time to be able to complete assigned tasks by developing a
- to-do list and setting deadlines to meet;
9) To have good knowledge of MS Office Software, Adobe and the use of internet,Trello, Timely apps;
10) Notary and Commissioning Work:
Attending to Notary Query & Preparing Notary Certs online
Arranging for commissioning appointments; &
11) Opening and Closing office
