    Job Profile Summary:

    In this role, you will be part of the HR Service Excellence team to deliver customer centric experience to our employees. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Head, HR Service Excellence, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, accurate and timely execution of HR operational processes throughout an employee's life cycle, including on-boarding and off-boarding of staff.

    Job Description:

  • Manage onboarding administration including employee screenings, employment contract issuance and work pass applications.
  • Manage staff movement activities such as promotions, transfers, secondments, employment conversions and cessations.
  • Uphold good data integrity practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information systems.
  • Support the continual review of current processes including maintenance of SOPs, templates and checklists, and participate in process improvement projects.
  • Handle staff inquiries with a customer service mindset.
  • Support activities relating to regulatory and audit related matters, including Representative Notification Framework.

  • Working Experience

  • At least 4 years of direct experience in HR Operations or HR shared services.
  • Good knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
  • Education

  • Degree in any field of study.
  • Language

  • English.
