We are hiring the following position(s) in Singapore:

Customer Service Executive:

**Main Duties:
- *
  • Liaise with customers on pricing, stock availability and shipping information.
  • Generate quotations, orders processing, invoicing & preparation of L/C documents.
  • Work with sales, finance, warehousing personnel and other departments to facilitate the needs of the customer.
  • Liaise with respective freight forwarders for local and export shipments and preparation of shipping documents.
  • To follow up with customers for payment on overdue invoices.
**Requirements:
- *
  • GCE N/O/A levels.
  • Computerliterate e.g Microsoft office etc.
  • 1 to 3 years working experience. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
