Responsibilities:

To follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely action is taken to achieve collection target on behalf of client from banks, Telco Support Services Provider and Commercial clients.
Arrange and negotiate payment plans with customers.
Perform Administrative duties, enquires, accounts monitoring.
Update and maintain the Credit Collection Systems.
Any other adhoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum O level
Minimum 1 year experience in call centre environment
Excellence communication skill
Service oriented and result driven
Able to handle fast pace environment
