Preparation of menu dishes

Assemble ingredients or kitchen equipment before preparation of menu dishes.
Monitor food stock and place orders
Develop recipes
Supervise food production
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations and upkeep of cooking equipment
Support compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements, in areas such as product rotation, temperature maintenance, storage procedures, and food handling technique
