- Provide overall administrative and clerical support to the team
- Co-ordinate with relevant departments when delivering goods to customer to ensure the accuracy of the DO.
- Provide efficient maintenance of staff attendance, medical & dental reports; and safe keeping of other administration reports as required.
- Order office stationery and supplies to ensure sufficient stock at any time.
- Ensure accuracy in quotations and invoices issued by vendors.
- Quaterly Stock take.
- Receptionist duties (e.g. promptly direct walk-in, call-in clients).
- other ad-hoc assigned by superior.
