Our team is a group of leadership, learning and organisational development specialists working alongside HR Business Partners, Diversity & Inclusion Partners, Recruiting Partners and Business Leaders.

We use a broad approach to developing learning solutions and talent strategies, always taking into account Bloomberg's global scope, diverse businesses and a desire to remain nimble.

We support Bloomberg's overall business goals by serving as partners and consultants, helping develop existing leaders and identify and develop high potential talent.

We are seeking an experienced leadership and talent professional to join our APAC team in either Hong Kong or Singapore.

  • Deliver global and regional leadership, learning and talent programs and contribute to the design of new programs
  • Partner with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to understand the leadership, talent and learning needs for their business areas and align development with a broader people strategy
  • Work collaboratively with Talent Development colleagues locally and globally to drive the talent plan for businesses you support
  • Help build out workforce plans to solve for future workforce needs, as a well as succession plans for critical roles and individuals across the business
  • In partnership with the D&I team, ensure a diverse and inclusive approach to talent and leadership development
  • Partner with the training team embedded within your business to identify people development and soft skill development needs, and incorporate them into business training
  • Facilitate the identification, development and management of high potential talent for businesses you support
  • Design selected leadership development courses / solutions to be utilized regionally and globally?You'll need to have:?
  • Minimum 8 years' recent experience in a Leadership and Talent Development role, ideally within an international financial or professional services sector
  • Experience facilitating leadership development programs, and coaching leaders and high potential employees, ideally across APAC
  • Experience in designing, developing, and implementing high impact leadership training programs inhouse
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in talent management and leadership development
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Proven ability to use data and analytics to guide talent strategy and measure ROI
  • Experience partnering with external vendors
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organization
