About the team
Our Medical Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere.

We are a team of healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere 's medical operations including clinics, telemedicine and mobile services.

About the role

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that the facilities comply with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations, as well as industry standards for health and safety.
Develop, implement and govern policies and protocols for critical safety standards including Fire, Health and Safety, emergency planning, legal compliance, accreditation, licensing and certification.
Oversee all rectification works, major repairs and maintenance works and new initiatives.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other healthcare team members to ensure the facilities are wellmaintained and fully functional.
Conduct regular inspection of systems to ensure that all maintenance programs are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines.
Study, propose and implement feasible improvement works.
Develop and implement policies and protocols for emergency preparedness, safety, facility maintenance, waste management, medical equipment management.
Assess and identify facility equipment and supply needs, ensure that all required purchases are made within budget constraints.
Manage the facility's budget, negotiate contracts and vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with legal and insurance requirements.
Ensure proper keeping of records in accordance with the Quality Policies
Prepare and be responsible for the audit reports for Senior Management

About you

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Facility Management, or related field with least 3 to 5 years of experience managing a healthcare facility, preferably a Health Screening and/or Radiology Centre.
Indepth knowledge of healthcare regulations and MOH compliance standards are mandatory requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Effective project management skills.
Strong team management skills with hands on experience
A startup attitude you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things we're not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun
