    Roles & Responsibilities

    Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, resourceful, and innovative, with a proven track record in media sales. This role offers the opportunity to lead our sales efforts in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identifying Potential Clients: Proactively identify and target potential clients within the designated region, leveraging market insights and industry knowledge to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Building Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions that drive value and foster long-term partnerships.
    • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Set sales quotas and goals, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
    • Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and finalize deals with clients, ensuring successful outcomes and mutually beneficial agreements. Utilize persuasive communication and negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure commitments.

    Requirements:

    • At least a diploma holder, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in media sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of the media landscape and industry dynamics.
    • Willingness to travel frequently overseas to meet with clients and prospects.
    • Proven track record of achieving individual and team sales goals in a competitive environment.
    • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and colleagues at all levels.
