Job Description

• Teach and mentor young writers in a dynamic and challenging environment
• Develop and implement creative lesson plans that incorporate the arts and writing
• Work with students of various ages and skill levels to foster their creative and critical thinking skills
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the Arts and Humanities or equivalent
• Teaching experience preferred, but not required (training will be provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
