Service Engineer - Singapore - Bartec Pte Ltd

Ensure service job in both Repairs & Commission of process analyzer in SEA is carried out in accordance to the standard and procedure of Bartec's product standardsCreate preventive maintenance strategies and update user manuals accordinglyAnalyze and service Bartec's product on site and advise client and Business Unit Head accordinglyConduct quality assurance and safety check on equipmentPrepare report with findings to Supervisor regularly or to Customer in accord to POProvide onshore and offshore service for installation and commissioning of process analyzers at customer's site/ end users.

Develop and provide technical resolutions to clientsResponsible for technical clarification of projects; fulfilment of clients' technical requirement including involvement in technical meetingsSupport and work closely with Key Account Manager and Sales team to meet project dateline while maintaining high standard and valuesProvide sales and operations supportMaintain record and attend to technical sales and service enquires with a reasonable turnaround time per company standardSubmit monthly reporting in the format specify by Supervisor.

Job RequirementsOnly Singaporean candidate will be considered for applicationMinimum a diploma holder in Electrical/ Chemical EngineeringKnowledge in handling process analyzer, e.g.

moisture / reid vapor / distillation analyzer, etc is preferable.
Good communication skill, meticulous and safety awareness.
Estimate travel for servicing job at least once every 2-3 months.
Minimum 2 years onshore/offshore site experiences.
Possess sales and project support experiences in oil & gas / petrol-chemical industry. Zero experience are also welcome.
