- Research industry solutions and analyze customer's business technology needs, aligning them with Tencent's audio and video products to develop valuable sales support materials.
- Collaborate with the business team to understand the technical structure of customers' media businesses and identify their needs and values in audio and video scenarios. Provide industry solutions and case studies for international markets, including OTT, social networking, gaming, education, and more.
- Conduct industry analysis and research to identify potential customers aligned with our objectives, and engage in business development activities.
- Final-year undergraduates / graduate students with preference for majors in computer science or its equivalents.
- Able to commit for 6-month full-time or 3-day part-time internship.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills and customer service awareness. Proficient in desk research and writing. Proficient in Chinese Mandarin would be a plus in order to communicate with China-based stakeholders and product teams.
