Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:


  • Code, modify, test, correct and document new and existing programs using assigned languages, tools and coding conventions.
  • Code, modify, test, correct and document new and existing JCLs.
  • Analyse the program specification to produce all testing condition and produce test data based on identified test conditions.
  • Prepare JCL to load DB2 table or define VSAM files with the extracted test data for performing the various tests, eg stress test, regression test,performance test etc.
  • Prepare and maintain program and system documentation.
  • Train other contract programmers in the relevant skills;
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery activities eg simulation exercise at Disaster Recovery sites;
  • Learn / pick up new programming skills related to System Development and Maintenance as assigned by the supervisors;

Requirements:


  • Diploma/Degree In Information Technology or any other relevant field
  • Must have at least five (5) years' handson experience client side digital products using web technologies (i.e., HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
  • Must have at least five (5) years' post graduate handson experience working on front end coding projects;
  • Must have at least five (5) years' experience in developing using coding framework such as , or
  • Must have at least five (5) years' experience in Unit, Cross-Browser, Cross-Device and integration Testing

Salary:
$4, $5,300.00 per month
