- Undertake coordination, administrative tasks, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting responsibilities across various sub-workstreams within the project.
- Provide extensive support to the BNYM implementation team as part of the broader transformation project.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and calls for diverse stakeholders and third-party vendors. * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements, deadlines, and timelines.
- Assist in synthesizing complex process and management data from various sources and regions to prioritize, communicate, and allocate resources based on the information.
- Work closely and proactively with Programme Owners, Project Managers, delivery specialists, subject matter experts, regional colleagues, and vendor teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related fields.
- Investment Banking and/or Asset management experience is a MUST
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Support Officer or PMO roles encompassing diverse functions, significant team sizes, high-value budgets, and time-sensitive deliverable, preferably from a project consulting or administrative background.
- Familiarity with BNY Mellon's services and systems is advantageous.
- Background in investment management, middle office operations, data management, or technology is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt flexibly to evolving project requirements and deadlines.
- Demonstrated collaborative work ethic with both internal and external teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Precision-driven with a penchant for scrutinizing information accuracy.
- Possession of Project Management Certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, APM) and experience in MSP and Visio is beneficial.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
