- Develop, implement, and maintain high-performance platforms for trade execution and operational workflows
- Enhance and expand infrastructure to accommodate business expansion and new service offerings

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in comprehensive software development
- Strong proficiency in Java/C++ with a solid grasp of data structures and algorithms
- Exceptional communication and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Experience within the financial sector, particularly in a front-office capacity
- Familiarity with Equities Synthetic or Derivative products
- Proficiency in Python, Linux shell scripting, and the Spring framework
- Experience with event-driven architecture and concurrent programming techniques
