Responsibilities:


  • Support daytoday issues raised during Production Operation.
  • Support Maintenance activities of the Payment System
  • Interact with Application Users directly while providing support.
  • Support system UAT and Post Go-Live.
  • Conduct defect and release management with vendors and internal system teams.
  • Design functional improvement to streamline maintainability and to launch APAC region.
  • Gain deep understanding of Application from Technical and Functional aspects.
  • Take up additional/new projects from time to time as and when required.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
  • 8 years of IT experience with at least 4 years in banking software development
  • 1 year experience working in any kind of Payment System.
  • Experience working in Java related technologies.
  • Experience with Oracle Weblogic, Linux, Oracle DB and Jenkins would be an advantage.
  • Handson experience in software testing
  • Experience in designing test scenarios and implement new or complex tests, investigating issues or gaps between actual and expected results
  • Experience in Production Support and Release management.
