Description
The Marketing Assistant/Associate is primarily responsible to support the implementation of marketing programmes and communication plans within allocated budgets.

He/she works in a fast-paced, digitally-centric and collaborative environment, provides coordination support for the various marketing activities.

**Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing
a) Assist in overall marketing campaigns, digital advertising and EDM efforts

b) Post updates and monitor social media platforms

c) Increase the market awareness of the brand/product/solutions, generating leads, converting sales as well as fostering customer loyalty.

d) Amend/ Produce basic marketing materials/ copywriting to support sales, promotion, advertising efforts

e) Desktop research and report on receptiveness of product offerings/ promotions to understand customers' needs and suggest future marketing programmes

f) Track and report on marketing budget

g) Support, organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows

h) Attend sales and marketing meetings and take minutes

i) Support any offline, online, social media marketing activities as required and generating data-driven commercial insights.


2. Marketing Management
a) Support brand strategy and product positioning


This includes:
b) Maintain and update contents for organisation's website

c) Collate, organise, print and communicate on marketing collaterals, digital assets for sales team and digital team usage

d) Follow intellectual property processes for the use of licensed copyright materials

e) Follow brand guide for the proper use of supplier and own brands.

f) Execute external communications with compliance to legislation and guidelines for advertisement and promotions of medical devices.

g) Source, acquire and manage stock images

h) Provide administrative and project support for a variety of brand and product programs


Requirements:

(a) Minimum ITE/ Diploma in marketing, business, or related field will be a bonus

(b) Good written and verbal communication skills

(c) Creative, resourceful, attention to detail, able to work under pressure within tight deadlines and well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

(d) Interested in digital trends, and quick to adjust to new software tools
