About Us


Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

We are looking for a Head of Credit Approval to grow our business.


Responsibilities

  • Provide advisory, guidance and strategic direction to internal stakeholders for all related credit risk matters.
  • Ensure compliance with the internal credit policy & procedures.
  • Extensive experience in Credit Approval of MSMEs and Supply Chain Financing in Singapore and China Market, ideally in building & construction, general commerce, and manufacture industries.
  • Deep experience in developing scorecards/models of credit in MSMEs of Singapore.
  • Familiar with the laws and regulations in Singapore.
  • Working closely with business teams to achieve business needs within risk appetite.
  • Implementing the credit risk management framework including ongoing identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting key credit risk exposure.
  • Monitoring the performance of corporate loan portfolios to ensure they comply with the bankwide credit risk strategies, policies and manuals.
  • Reviewing and validating credit decision process and credit modelling and identifying areas for improvements.

Requirements:


  • A recognized degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 20 years of credit experience focusing on supply chain financing and MSME Banking.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in handling corporate/MSME credit approvals.
  • Strong knowledge of industries and economic environment in the Singapore and China.
  • Strong and indepth understanding of credit and business analysis.
