Job description
Security Statistics & Dashboard
Support the collection of risk (reporting) content for various operational and senior-leadership meetings, briefings and dashboards.
Work with teams to implement automation for risk reporting and metrics collection.
Assist in the design of risk dashboards to be shared at the executive, operational, and tactical levels.
Security Policy Formulation (Portfolio Management)

Assess operational and implementation costs, and evaluate them against the potential business impact if the policies and controls are not implemented.

Assess the effectiveness of the measures against security risk management plan.
Develop IT security policy and operational procedures based on information collected.
Develop a documented action plan containing policies, practices and procedures that mitigate the identified risks.
Establish review procedures based on organisation's security risk management plan.
Obtain stakeholders' endorsement of security policies, standards and procedures by articulating cost and benefits.
Security Policy Monitoring & Review
Monitor the effectiveness of action plans in addressing information risks.
Prepare information security performance report based on results from analysis and correlation of information security events.
Recommend suitable enhancements to improve information security performance.
Review security policies, standards and procedures by considering the threats identified and other information collected.
Job Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in cyber security, leading a team
Experience in developing security controls against nation-state threat actors.

Strong understanding of the cyber-attack vectors and the ability to articulate the cyber kill chain and relevant controls to prevent and detect attacks.

Passionate about security, enjoy challenges and maintain up-to-date knowledge of available and emerging security threats and various security technologies.
Understating of technology, information security principles, risk assessment & risk management procedures and methodologies.
Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze collected data, interpret results, and create related reports

Ability to multi-task, manage, prioritize and organize one's own time while delivering accurately on time, and with attention to detail.

Ability to understand and articulate complex business/risk management issues in a clear, concise, and easily consumable audience-specific format; especially executive-level messaging
Ability to develop strong and effective working relationships
Able to problem-solve and perform necessary research to identify relevant artifacts or solutions
Must have situational awareness and ability adjust conversation and approach based on culture/ environmental factors
Must have clear and concise verbal and written communications skills; ability to articulate recommendations and risk interpretations in a clear, concise and audience-specific format
