    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Counsel to join our esteemed international legal team.

    The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal support across various aspects of our operations, with a focus on corporate transactions, M&A, and real estate matters.

    This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a well-established brand in the hospitality industry and engage in a diverse range of legal challenges and opportunities.


    Responsibilities:


    Provide expert legal advice and support on corporate transactions, M&A activities, and real estate matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.


    Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including contracts related to hospitality management agreements, acquisitions, joint ventures, leases, and other corporate transactions.

    Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments for potential transactions and business initiatives, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.


    Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors to facilitate seamless execution of transactions and resolve legal issues in a timely manner.


    Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends relevant to the hospitality sector, proactively identifying potential risks and opportunities for the organization.


    Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance legal compliance and mitigate risks.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable institution; admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s) is required.


    4 to 7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department, with a focus on corporate M&A, corporate real estate, or related practice areas.


    Demonstrated expertise in structuring and negotiating complex commercial transactions, with a strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and real estate law.

    Prior experience working with hospitality brands or owners is highly desirable and will be viewed favorably.

    Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders across different time zones.

    Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


    Strong business acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and adding value to the organization.
