For this role, a Cloud Engineer responsibilities include management and support customer's cloud and on-premise environment according to project/ customer needs.

Job Roles:

• Understanding of on-premise and cloud computing technologies.(Microsoft Azure Preferred)
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure Ecosystems
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 Ecosystems
• Understanding in the following products/ areas (any areas): Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft 365, Enterprise Mobility Suite, Azure Ecosystem, Windows Server, cloud security.
• Nice to haves: Experience supporting applications running on either Amazon AWS or MS Azure, Experience with virtualization solutions (vmware, docker, virtualbox, etc), Microsoft Exchange, Hyper-V, System Center,network, SQL.
• Good understanding of the technical fundamentals of the Internet. You should have sufficient knowledge of internet protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP/S, FTP, DNS as well as the ability to use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Scripting/coding experience In any of the following is a good to have: Powershell, Java, python
• Experience in removing technology blockers in a matrix organization and so enabling the customer's business
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

Job Requirements:

• Strong Customer Advocacy skills
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Strong troubleshooting skills to logically go about solving problems
• Able to resolve issues within customer's SLA
• Monitor and manage customer's Cloud infrastructure
• Automate mundane and repetitive tasks
• Subject Matter Expertise in one or more technical area(s)
• Able to present comfortably in front of customers
• Strong teaming skills in a highly collaborative environment
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English

Salary offering will be based on your experience
