Description
Day to day receipt of materials from suppliers.

  • Physical checks on the materials upon receipt.
  • Item detailed checks and photo taking.
  • Packing of materials to be fit for shipment.
  • Be accountable for items packed into boxes.
  • Draft a packing list for each packed box.
  • Assist Asst Ops Manager in keeping records of the inventory materials in the warehouse and open yard.
  • To do receiving on Oracle inventory system.
  • To ensure there are no misshipment and all materials are accounted.
  • To supervise or attend to loading and offloading of materials at warehouse/open yard.
  • To attend to inspectors conducting offsite inspection warehouse/open yard.
  • To coordinate trailer, crane and forklift bookings.
  • Day to day yard and warehouse maintenance.
  • Carry out simple equipment preservation works as requested.
  • Assist Asst Ops Manager in ensuring HSQE requirements are satisfied.
  • To be on standby during Public Holidays for any operational emergency.
  • All other adhoc duties as instructed by direct supervisor
