    Operations Manager - Singapore

    Job Description:

    An excellent opportunity to join a boutique Accounting/Tax advisory practice's Singapore branch in their search for a Business Operations Manager (with good tax exposure). We are a UK accounting/tax firm with branches across Europe and Asia; our clientele primarily comprises high-net-worth individuals, their businesses, and family offices.

    We are looking for a local Operations Manager in Singapore who will play a critical role in liaising with local clients and their representatives and providing customer service, while also coordinating with our internal accounting team based in the UK as well as the Singapore service provider team This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of confidentiality and efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Workflow Oversight: Closely monitor and manage daily operational workflows to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule without missing any deadlines.
    2. Procedure Tracking: Maintain rigorous tracking of all workflow procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operations.
    3. Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for client interactions in Singapore, ensuring all client needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
    4. Team Coordination: Facilitate communication between the Singaporean service teams and the UK accounting team, ensuring clear and effective collaboration across different geographies.
    5. Resource Management: Manage resource allocation to address capacity issues, optimizing the use of both onshore and offshore teams.
    6. Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of services provided, ensuring that all deliverables meet the company's high standards and client expectations.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry - at least 1 year.
    • Strong ability to manage complex workflows and meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Mandarin and English to cater to our diverse client base and internal teams.
    • Ability to work effectively across multiple tasks and teams.
