    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the brand ambassador for the office, managing guest reception and phone communications with excellent etiquette.
    • Oversee office operations including pantry, meeting rooms, parking, and facilities management.
    • Handle procurement, inventory, and upkeep of office supplies and equipment, processing invoices in coordination with Finance.
    • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense claims for senior management.
    • Support and execute employee engagement activities, corporate events, and town hall meetings.
    • Assist in HR functions including new hire setups, uniform distribution, and training registrations.
    • Uphold health and safety standards, serving as Fire Warden and First Aider, ensuring compliance with organizational procedures.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in customer service or office management.
    • Diploma or equivalent qualification; additional experience in related fields beneficial.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with good telephone etiquette.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant office applications.
    • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and multitask effectively.
