Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, drive and manage project plan, activities and deliveries with internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish and manage detailed project plans, scope, milestones and deliverables
Establish and enhance project governance structures and mechanisms (including risk assessment and mitigation plans)

  • Conduct costbenefits / business needs analysis, and identify key business challenges and solutions
  • Establish performance indicators, measure the achievement of desired business outcomes, and identify improvement opportunities to achieve the desired outcomes
  • Track, prepare and communicate regular project progress timely to project sponsor and stakeholders
  • Lead and facilitate discussions and meetings effectively
Build and enhance professional relationships with all stakeholders, including vendors


Requirements:


  • Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 12 years as a project manager/executive/officer, or a similar role
  • Sound understanding of HR business processes / functions will be advantageous
  • Relevant SAP SuccessFactors and/or HCMequivalent implementation experience will be advantageous
  • Strong leadership skills
