Broad Function

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Work with stakeholders within the organisation, external healthcare institutions (within or outside NHG Cluster) and external entities to explore and identify opportunities to leverage on data to drive business solutions.
  • Develop, implement and maintain Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Governance Policy to enable access of accurate and high quality data by stakeholders for analysis and reporting.
  • Support organizational reporting and dashboarding roadmap implementation.
  • Develop and implement Data Clearing House processes to handle internal and external data requests.
  • Develop data processing automations through programming and other tools to improve productivity.
  • Participate in strategy formulation to enable and catalyse the department in meeting its KPIs.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor degree in the field of Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Economics, Business, Data Science or related field
  • Working experience in health or healthcare related industry and held a role in Business Intelligence, Systems Integration, Data Warehouse Management, Data Science or Data Engineering related areas.
  • Relevant experience in nonhealthcare related industries will be considered.
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills
  • Good team player
  • Perform and complete stretched tasks within tight deadlines when required
  • Good knowledge on hospital operations
