    Regional Business Development Director

    As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our B2B organization regionally. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, pursuing sales opportunities, and expanding our customer base. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a sales-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    New Business Development:

    • Identify and research potential clients and market segments to generate new business opportunities.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential target markets.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and acquire new clients.
    • Proactively reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Understand client needs and pain points and propose appropriate solutions.
    • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
    • Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and timely manner.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

    Sales and Negotiation:

    • Develop and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
    • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

    Collaboration and Reporting:

    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project handover and successful client onboarding.
    • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
    • Share market insights and feedback from clients to contribute to product/service enhancement and development.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
    • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Willingness to travel as required.
