- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned Data Centre projects to ensure their timely completion and compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitor compliance with internal QA/QC policies and standards, as well as relevant performance standards and specifications.
- Interact regularly with clients to interpret their needs and requirements, and represent them in the field.
- Coordinate with all contractors, building management, and/or appointed contractors by client/building management during project execution.
- Perform overall quality control of the work, including schedule, plans, and contractor's performance, and report regularly on project status.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project managers and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions as necessary.
- Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
- Experience as a project engineer/manager in Data Centre / Critical facilities projects.
- Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health requirements.
- Familiar with rules, regulations, best practices, and applicable statutory standards.
- Project management and supervision skills.
- Time management and organization skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
