1. Outreach to grow intake and develop recruitment channels

Developing partnerships with Schools, community organisations and other stakeholders to develop an active pipeline to potential Scholars
Curate and deliver admissions related outreach events such as social media contents, tours in campus and off

- campus, visiting Schools, speaks at events and coordinate community workshops

Design and implement a recruitment strategy such as talent spotters initiative, to activate and strengthen the outreach channels
Develop and manage volunteers to support recruitment efforts, providing training and guidance as needed
To be a brand ambassador who understands the =DREAMS value proposition and appreciates individual parent and scholar needs to effectively communicate the proposition to prospective families
Advising applicants regarding admissions requirements, eligibility, programmes, residency requirements and other matters related to their admission =DREAMS Campus
Point of contact for new scholars and their parents over the initial induction period
Information management
Codifying admission processes and develop a systemic way information and data is stored and managed for potential scholars, partners and talent spotters
Analyse and produce reports for the management on scholar recruitment and outreach

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
4 years of experience in marketing, business development or related field with knowledge in student recruitment, with a proven track record of success
Approachable, with a pleasant disposition
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting effective messaging for diverse audiences
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Experience working with primary level students and families from lowincome family are preferred
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
