• Monitor progress of work against schedule and inform the Overall Site Project Coordinator /HDB when there is a delay or is behind schedule.
• Supervise all architectural works.
• Provide feedback to the Overall Site Project Coordinator /HDB any discrepancies / problems / irregularities observed that require Overall Site Project Coordinator/HDB's attention.
• Provide feedback on defects and ensure that defects identified are satisfactorily rectified by Project contractor.
• Supervise water tightness tests and, witness and record the results of the water tests (If applicable). Site Project Coordinator.

Requirement :

• At least 3 years relevant working experience in the supervision of Architectural aspect of works;
• Accredited as Resident Technical Officers with The Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES);
• Proficient in using Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint;
