**Job Role & Responsibilities
**The role

You will be responsible for contributing to the overall growth strategy across digital and retail touchpoints for Little Farms Singapore.

You will play a pivotal role in the development of Little Farms' brand in our focus markets by leveraging CRM and our loyalty program as main levers.

Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing and having direct interactions with our Senior Leadership and Executive Team, you will play a key role in shaping Little Farms throughout this exhilarating expansion phase.

Main responsibilities

  • Be the proud owner and champion of the Avocado Club and our customer journey
  • Drive customer activation, retention and new monetization opportunities
  • Strategise with the broader Growth team, eComm team, Operations team to drive member signups, conversions and improve customer lifetime value (CLTV) via targeted campaigns and initiatives
  • Design, plan and execute CRM / lifecycle campaigns; manage marketing automation flows and promote a culture of testing, and continuous optimization
  • Actively strategize and plan new initiatives with data and analysis of user behaviour to create segmented campaigns with relevant content, and improve on them with regular and focused testing
  • Understand all products and Little Farms offerings inside out and leverage customer insights to better segment, target and reach potential customers
  • Own achievement and improvement of main growth and loyalty metrics including: Active Customers (Customer acquisition and retention), Retention, CLTV, Loyalty signups & tier upgrades, Loyalty program & CRM initiatives ROI
  • Drive growth initiatives from planning to execution for SG market.
  • Present and share learnings from growth initiatives an an ongoing basis with the broader organization to ensure best practices and learnings are implemented across the company
  • Manage thirdparty platforms, vendor relationships and evaluate new internal tools and third party systems that could drive new optimizations and growth opportunities
  • Research competitors and their strategies to find the gaps in the industry

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5 years of relevant work experience with loyalty programs and CRM campaign management
  • Experience working in a fast growing consumer company, with an interest in ecommerce and fashion
  • Experience scaling customer acquisition, retention and driving CLTV while managing budget constraints
  • Experience defining, executing, and iterating a growth strategy
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team
  • Proficient in Excel, and experience with SQL and data analytics tools
  • Passionate about healthy and allnatural food, and committed to promoting Little Farms' mission and values through all marketing activities and initiatives
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively with various departments and business units in Little Farms
