About the role


Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Project Manager, this role will work heavily with Tableau to provide data and reports on various databases, maintaining data accuracy and ensuring information visibility for the Asia Pacific region.

This internship will begin in January 2023.


What you will be doing

  • Support and play key role in Supply Chain Management support on coordination and framework structure
  • Support data collection for report generation on selected projects to improve information visibility across sites in ASPAC
  • Review data integrity of all entities for Log Pipe Project, Warehouse database, customer database and others
  • Support 'Up Site' Project with corporate team from coordination, to rollout and maintenance
  • Operational/BOEs exposure and attachment with A3 reports on learning and improvement ideas
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Essential

  • Undergraduate or Graduate Degree student
  • Fluent oral, written and presentation skills in English
Desirable

  • Must be a team player with positive attitude
