Looking for a Business Management Support Analyst

The Opportunity

• Opportunity to work for one of the leading financial service providers and top banks
• 12 months contract

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate monthly meetings, and ensure agenda is published early and actions arising from meeting are follow through.
• Help to synchronise efforts with stakeholders from different countries to create synergies, and employee toil.
• Support all change management efforts by the department.
• Maintain Generative AI repository and maintain status update on prioritised project progress as needed.

The Talent

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong business acumen.
• Experience building strong stakeholder relationships at all levels and in managing a wide range of internal stakeholders' relationships, including by matrix and virtually.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and pressurised situations.
