About Our ClientOur client is a renowned company with strong presence in South East Asia in TMT space. They are looking for a seasoned sustainability leader to lead the function.

Job DescriptionReporting directly to the C-level suite, this role will be responsible for leading the sustainability function which is already well-established.

Leading a team of 4 of diversified background, your key task is to ensure that the company is ahead on ESG agenda in terms of compliance, reporting and strategy.

Acting as the ESG ambassador, you will also play a key role in advising the senior leadership about the critical and material ESG issues, how it will impact business in short to medium term and aligning the business strategy with the sustainability goal.

The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate should be a sustainability leader in either in-house or consultancy environment after a successful spell as functional leader.

Solid understanding about Singapore market is critical while you are expected to be very familiar with ESG reporting standard and framework (e.g. ISSB, GRI, CSDR)

Strong stakeholder management skills will be important as you will need to present a convincing case to the stakeholders on areas that needs to be further strengthened from sustainability perspective.

Prior industry exposure in TMT sectors is a plus but candidates from other industries will also be considered.
