Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and evaluate programmes for the education of nurses and nursing students based on their learning needs.
Provide clinical guidance and supervision to nurses and nursing students in ensuring their competencies.
Develop, implement, and evaluate preceptorship programmes and establish clinical support for new staffs.
Coordinate training activities to strengthen clinical practices across different units and specialties.
Ensure ongoing orientation, training, and education for nursing staff to maintain competency levels, collaborating closely with Nurse Managers on clinical training standards and patient care delivery.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Nursing
Advanced Diploma / Specialist Diploma in Nursing would be an added advantage
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Instructor
Possesses valid SNB and BCLS.
