Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to grow our business.


About the Role


As a customer service manager for Commercial Banking, you will support the various teams within Commercial Banking in the onboarding and servicing of MSME and Corporate customers of Green Link Digital Bank.

You will also support the Department Head and Team Leads in the reconciliation and monitoring of performance metrics across different teams.

This is a rare opportunity to be in the pioneering batch for Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank.


Responsibilities

  • Provide aftersales and dedicated concierge services to highvalued customers.
  • Support senior managers in reconciliation and monitoring of sales performance and compensation metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and participate in projects and initiatives to deliver optimal solutions to address customer needs.

Requirements:


  • Possess Polytechnic and/or other relevant banking certification.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales support.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented and fast paced environment.
  • Good in data and number reconciliation.
  • Good customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention and diplomacy in dealing with customers.
  • Good verbal and written communication, conversant in both English and Mandarin.
  • Energetic, customer service oriented.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong team player.
