Description

• Ideate and execute activities for employee engagement initiatives such as teambuilding, community outreach programmes and sustainability actions
• Provide logistics planning and execution at HR engagement/welfare activities and training programs
• Draft internal communications to promote engagement and teambuilding activities and initiatives

• Support the implementation of our learning and development framework through analysis of the learning needs survey and career development feedback from employees
• Facilitate learning and development activities by executing training plans and updating training records regularly
• Collaborate with external vendors, trainers, cross functional teams and employees to drive increased awareness of learning development offerings and promote Urgo's learning organisation culture

• Support in preparing the monthly & quarterly reporting
• Administrative support as from time to time required
• Any other required adhoc regional projects as assigned

• Undergraduates from relevant studies in Business Administration, Marketing & Communications or Social Sciences preferred
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 360 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc)
• Strong command of English with excellent spoken and writing skills
• Meticulous, energetic, motivated and confident individual
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team
• Preferably at least 6 months fulltime commitment (May-December), but undergraduates keen on alternative arrangements may also apply
