Description

Responsible for daily operations of maintenance of M&E systems by tracking progress, updating and submission of service reports, checklists and parts/repair recommendations to clients.

Planning of project, maintenance and repair schedule.
Responsible for project management including coordination, supervision and monitoring quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors for timely execution of works for maintenance and projects.
Conduct to site survey, measurements and supervision of works carried out by technicians or subcontractors.
Assist in proposals, tenders costings and quotations to clients.
Follow up for billing and invoicing to clients for work done.

Requirements:

Diploma with Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience in M&E sector or fresh graduate
Selfmotivated, proactive, organized and meticulous, possess strong planning skills
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of local standards and requirements
Possess own transport will be a bonus

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$2, $2,600.00 per month
