Description

. Assist in managing full spectrum of group HR duties

. Assist in maintaining HR policies and implementation of HR best practices

. Responsible for recruitment and interview processes

. Prepare employment contract, HR letters and correspondences

. Prepare and conduct employees' orientation programs

. Administer work permit/employment pass application, renewal and cancellation

. Manage employees' probation, confirmation, promotion, increment and resignation processes

. Maintain employees' personal files/records

. Update employees' leave records

. Involved in staff performance management

. Manage training and development for employees and maintain training records

. Arrange for air tickets for staff for business trips

. Administer claims such as child care, NS, etc

. Provide HR support to the entities within the group

. Organise welfare activities and events

. Perform HR administration task

Requirements:

. Degree in HR management or equivalent

. Minimum 2 years of HR experience

. Honest and professional integrity

. Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information

. Methodological

. Meticulous

. Highly driven & self-motivated

. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team

. Good interpersonal and communication skills
