We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cook to join our Japanese restaurant located in the airport. The Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality Japanese dishes in accordance with company standards, ensuring food safety compliance and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced airport environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items (sushi, sashimi, ramen, tempura, donburi, etc.) according to standard recipes.
• Ensure food presentation meets brand and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP guidelines
• Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Properly store ingredients and label food items
• Assist in receiving and checking deliveries
• Minimize food waste and control portion sizes
• Work closely with service crew to ensure timely order preparation
• Support opening and closing kitchen procedures

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of kitchen experience (Japanese cuisine experience preferred)
• Knowledge of basic knife skills and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and rotating schedules

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2, $3,200.00 per month
