JOB DESCRIPTION
- Play a key role in the conceptualisation and implementation of effective leasing strategies and initiatives to continuously improve and enhance the Honour One's portfolio, tenancy mix and business performances.
- Lead team to identify and source for potential investors in the various verticals to take up space/land plots for development and activation of leisure/lifestyle related experiences.
- Able to influence prospects clients and tenants to conceptualise and implement initiatives/ experiences that are aligned with the Honour One's portfolio, brand values and vision.
- Lead team to launch tenders / marketing exercises, ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Lead team to handle lease negotiations for new leases and renewals to achieve highest returns on properties and minimise rental downtime.
- Manage rental arrears and negotiations with tenants to achieve revenue budgets.
- Oversee all lease management related work under the team's charge. Prepare and maintain financial reports, monitor budgets and conduct analysis to assess businesses' performances.
- Manage enforcement of Landlord's rights under tenancy agreements where necessary.
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming industry trends, competitors and business opportunities in the real estate industry space. Ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure winwin outcomes e.g. tenants, government / other agencies.
- As a core member of the Business Development and Marketing Team, you will need to collaborate with various internal stakeholders, to ensure that Honour One's business are accurately represented in the market.
- Plan, develop, drive and support strategic Honour One business expansion and leasing plans to reach out to new market segments and expand market shares.
- Prepare and collaborate business development and marketing plans for the team and ensure proper tracking and follow up.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, engendering trust, confidence, loyalty, awareness, and mutual benefits.
- Lead marketing team to optimise/strengthen the overall Go-ToMarket capabilities and exploring B2B/B2C opportunities.
- Develop/brainstorm creative Go-ToMarket plans and initiatives with internal teams and external partners.
- Plan, and support new premises, and launch planning coordination with Marketing and Operations to ensure success in all launches.
- Conceptualize and implement marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and events to promote the properties for sales and lease.
- Develop and distinctive marketing, advertising and communication materials for new project launches, property sales and leasing, tenant retention and engagement purposes.
- Competent in leading digital and social media campaigns, including evaluation of platforms in SG and Asia, including but not restricted to Hong Kong, China and other Asia Countries; covering planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Conceptualise efficient, creative and resultsdriven media strategies, and work in close partnership with internal stakeholders, media and creative agencies to ensure success.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and activities, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Build strategic partnerships, soliciting cobeneficial, copromotional relationships with external partners and aggregators sites.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with property agencies and their agents through regular communications and activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 810 years of Marketing/Business Development/leadership experience.
- Possess a degree in Real Estate, Economics, General Business Management or a related field.
- Experience in managing commercial and retail spaces is essential.
- Flexible and resilient, quick learner who can adapt to shifts and changes.
- Ability to grasp concepts and strong in conceptual and creative thinking.
- Strong coordination, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Selfmotivated, positive, resourceful and resultoriented.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in multistakeholder management.
- Prior working experience with financial analysis/marketing/advertising media/team development will be an added advantage.
- Experience in leasing documentations, expansion, and tenancy agreements and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Business/channel development experience in the consumer space is essential. Experience in the B2B sector will also be considered.
- Good communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good in negotiation skills.
- Excellent Office 365 skills, such as Spreadsheet, Words, and PowerPoint.
- Team player with the ability to adapt to a fastmoving environment.
- Possess strong media buying knowledge and have experience working with media agencies, covering print, OOH, digital and social media channels.
