5.5 work week - office hours


Responsibilities

  • Assist to provide onsite field service technical support and troubleshooting assistance at customer locations
  • Collection of approved quotation amount from the customer on completion of each job.
  • Handle all Customer complaints & all repair works
  • Ensure that the required tools are available in the toolkit to start the necessary work for the day.
  • Providing field fixes & quality feedback on product
  • Adhering to the defined processes and procedures of the service department.
  • Preparing job cards for each job and getting authorization from the service supervisor.

Requirements:


  • Ensuring the highest standards of customer service at all times
  • Possess selfmotivated personality and a willingness to learn attitude Demonstrated excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Possess valid class 3 license

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$3, $3,500.00 per month
