    Roles & Responsibilities

    Must Have

    • Min 2 years experince in TIBCO BW6
    • knowledge of TIBCO CE
    • Completely aware of ITIL process

    Good to Have

    • Having knowledge of API Management
    • Having knowledge of Java Microservices
    • Worked in Azure DevOps

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Incident Management P1 P2
      Managing Tibco as a platform doing upgrades
    • Create new flow setups in different environments DEV,QA and PROD
    • Upgrade of Tibco to higher version
    • Deployment hotfixes from vendor
    • Implement security model, backup and failover/recovery operations for Tibco platform
    • Configuring connectors
    • Patch installation and pre and post checks after patch installation
    • Experience with Monitoring and Performance tuning tools
    • Manage the DEV/QA/PROD environments with high availability.
    • Manage the deployments in all the environments DEV/QA and Prod
    • Re-produce the anomaly in the integration / Quality environment,
    • In case of erroneous escalation by the L2 support, complete the associated support
    • Documentation to prevent it from happening again,
    • Qualify the incident and, if necessary, re-classify it as a request for evolution and log it in the Integration Platform evolution backlog
