- Completely aware of ITIL process
- Having knowledge of API Management
- Having knowledge of Java Microservices
- Worked in Azure DevOps
- Incident Management P1 P2
Managing Tibco as a platform doing upgrades - Create new flow setups in different environments DEV,QA and PROD
- Upgrade of Tibco to higher version
- Deployment hotfixes from vendor
- Implement security model, backup and failover/recovery operations for Tibco platform
- Configuring connectors
- Patch installation and pre and post checks after patch installation
- Experience with Monitoring and Performance tuning tools
- Manage the DEV/QA/PROD environments with high availability.
- Manage the deployments in all the environments DEV/QA and Prod
- Re-produce the anomaly in the integration / Quality environment,
- In case of erroneous escalation by the L2 support, complete the associated support
- Documentation to prevent it from happening again,
- Qualify the incident and, if necessary, re-classify it as a request for evolution and log it in the Integration Platform evolution backlog
