Description

(a) Accounting services for clients' accounts (Fund and non-Fund clients)

Provide Bookkeeping services as follow:

  • Update electronic accounting records via excel or accounting software in use;
  • Responsible for the month end closing process and produce monthly and quarterly financial reports for management purposes;
  • Assist the Accounts Manager/Assistant Accounts Manager/Senior Accounts Executive in the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards at the end of the financial year;
  • Assist Accounts Manager/Assistant Accounts Manager/Senior Accounts Executive in the preparation of consolidated data;
  • Preparation of audit schedules for the auditors;
  • Liaising with auditors and responding to any queries;
  • Paying vender invoices and expenses claims;
  • Issuing payment vouchers, preparing cheques and remitting funds by telegraphic transfer;
  • Other related accounting assignments
  • Preparation and filing with IRAS regarding GST and GST remission scheme

(b) Payroll services

Provide payroll services as follows:

  • Computation of salary on weekly or monthly basis;
  • Salary payment by cheque issuance or through bank transfer such as GIRO;
  • Central Provident Fund (CPF) registration and timely monthly payment;
  • Preparing yearend IR8A forms for personal tax;
  • Other related payroll assignments.

Requirements:


  • Ability to speak in Japanese would be an advantage.
  • 23 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts preferred.
  • Experience in professional firms an advantage
  • Able to multitask in a fastmoving environment
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset
  • Detailed and deadline oriented.
  • Team player
