Responsibilities:

Provide green consultancy services (eg.

Green Mark, ESD) to external customers:

To track, plan and implement all necessary initiatives (eg, prepare submission, perform calculations on ACMV and lighting) to ensure services are delivered in a timely manner and meet or exceed the targets set for the project
Liaise with stakeholders (eg. customers, authorities, contractors) to ensure successful delivery of services and high customer satisfaction
Review existing processes and systems to enhance productivity of the team in delivering the services
Keep abreast of industry sustainability developments, research on technologies/best practices/trends and solution/partner sourcing to enhance the services offered by the organisation
Administrative task (eg. sourcing of quotations, putting up Purchase Orders, processing of invoices, minutes taking)
Any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of demonstrated working experience in provision of green services (eg. Green Mark)
Possess GMAP/GMAAP/SCEM
Strong knowledge on sustainability (eg. Green Mark standards, benchmarks, trends).
