Role Summary


To support the creation of a new entity in APAC, our client is looking for a PMO / Project Lead.

The program to create the entity is structured around 6 workstreams:

  • Activities
  • Core Branch includes setup of support functions (Finance, HR etc.) as well as premises.
  • Operations setup.
  • IT
  • Legal and contracts mostly refers to internal contracts to be signed between different entities and to the legal entity creation.
Risk and Compliance.


Main Responsibilities

  • Continuous update of the workstream planning.
  • Minutes of key meetings.
  • Chasing of various action owners.
  • Formalization of slides for steering committee.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint.
  • First experience in program management.
  • Possess agility and rigor.
  • Result oriented mindset.
