    Job Description:

    We are looking for a Talent Consultant to join the regional APAC team, providing Talent and Academy support in delivering the people priorities of the businesses as part of the broader Global Talent & Academy Team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast paced, global, collaborative team, who are committed to developing and delivering world class products and services to a large and diverse internal client base.

    The APAC team is responsible for supporting APAC LOB Heads with their personal, team and organization development. The individual would be responsible in supporting Talent managers, HR managers and relevant business leaders to deliver the globally aligned APAC people priorities.

    Relationship Management

    • Support the Talent client managers across LoBs in key client-facing initiatives
    • Partner with Academy teams locally and globally to deliver required development in APAC
    • Develop strong partnerships with HR Generalists and other specialist teams to ensure consultancy & services are aligned to global and regional priorities
    • Demonstrate a keen sense of collective ownership for the team success

    Organizational Development

    • Supporting the Talent client managers across all LoBs on key initiatives
    • Support regional succession and talent identification and development, culture improvement initiatives, employee engagement analysis and insights, and other organizational development solutions
    • Market and leverage the regional curriculum and global initiatives, and partner with the business, HR and specialist colleagues to ensure relevance and accessibility
    • Measure and report on the impact of specified interventions

    Assessment and Design

    • Support organizational, team and individual leadership assessments
    • Support developmental strategies and deliver broad agenda of innovative design in response to the business needs
    • Use assessment data and insights to drive the developmental agenda
    • Design and manage high potential and diverse talent programs

    Risk Management

    • Uphold the Bank's risk management framework by ensuring that relevant risks are identified, debated, escalated and managed as appropriate

    Communication

    • Help tell the story about the progress and impact made against our people priorities, both internally and externally, as appropriate
    • Design and create appropriate content to be shared across social media, as appropriate, and within key HR conferences
    • Communicate and engage with different stakeholder groups, such as the junior talent council

    Required Qualifications:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail and skills in analysis and insight development
    • Ability to operate and deliver in a complex, fast paced, global financial services firm (banking experience essential) with multiple stakeholders
    • Ability to effectively engage and deliver through others
    • Exceptional ability to partner with others, flexing style and approach as required in a range of complex situations
    • Highly motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset. Happy to perform a high level of operational work, in close partnership with regional and global peers
    • Tenacious, solutions focused, positive and resilient with the ability to overcome obstacles and challenges and remain agile to changing business needs and priorities
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once with multiple senior stakeholders.
