    Description

    We invite applications for the position of Assistant Manager, Business Operations Management. The incumbent shall assist to drive operational excellence across multiple business units in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

    Responsibilities:

  • Has strong interest in identifying, developing and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders including School alumni and industry.
  • Assist in developing and implementing effective strategies to execute fundraising activities of the School through meaningful engagement with stakeholders.
  • Develop effective and consistent marketing and design strategies to advance the School's strategic vision, goals and reputation.
  • Formulation, design and development of communications and marketing materials (e.g. Newsletters, eDMs etc.).
  • Facilitate the planning and development of workshops and/or webinars to promote the School's programmes to local and overseas markets.
  • Liaise with the reporting officer/management to develop and deliver strategic operational goals.
  • Act as a speaker/facilitator at workshops and events either through physical meetings or webinars when required.
  • Provide administrative and operational support as assigned by the reporting officer.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of proven track record in an operational role/relationship management or equivalent.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (I.e. PhotoShop, Illustrator) for graphics design work and basic video editing skills are added advantages.

  • Possess good organisation acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage management, internal and external stakeholders as well as School's faculty and students.
